About the Role
As a Team Leader you will:
- Take the lead on shifts to support your team in delivering outstanding service
- Train and coach your team to brand standards
- Make the World’s Best Coffee
- Prepare award-winning food
- Drive high standards at all times
- Assist the management team with operating the bakery
- Make the most of colleagues' strengths and ensure they are in the right place to maximise sales
