About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, helping to shape our bakery’s outstanding standards while empowering a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is innovative, passionate, and dedicated to driving excellence—both in cookery and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service across the team
- Train, coach, and guide your team to maintain Brand Standards in every aspect of their work
- Play a pivotal role in:
- Making the World’s Best Coffee
- Preparing award-winning food
- Driving high standards at all times
- Support the Management Team in ensuring seamless bakery operations
- Pre-employment: Identify and harness the strengths of your colleagues, placing them in roles where they can maximise sales and flourish
- Receive full training to bring deep authenticity: a core part of being your genuine self on this incredible team
