About Us
Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its groundbreaking innovations in form and technique.

From October 2015 to July 2025, Demna served as the Artistic Director for both men’s and women’s collections. In July 2025, Pierpaolo Piccioli was appointed Creative Director of Balenciaga.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Stock Controller to report to the Stock Manager / Store Operations Manager. This is a keystone function within the back-of-house team, responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient management of merchandise flow.
Your Opportunity
As Stock Controller, you will be at the heart of inventory and supply chain excellence, collaborating closely with the store management and sales team to optimise stock presentation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new stock and store supplies in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of stockroom organisation, adhering to Balenciaga protocols
- Monitor and execute daily shop-floor replenishment, ensuring perfect possession of stock
- Work collaboratively with store leadership and sales staff to highlight best-selling items and new collections
- Assist the Stock Manager / Store Manager in conducting regular inventory counts
- Act as a key stakeholder in loss prevention and stock discrepancies
- Facilitate efficient product transfers across Balenciaga’s store networks through strong cross-team relationships
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a Stock Controller role, or a transferable skill set from a related position
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Exceptional administrative and computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication to facilitate collaboration
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English
