Team Administrator
Location: Perry Barr, Stechford, Bournville Custody Suites – West Midlands Police & Birmingham Magistrates & Crown Court
Band 3 – 22.5 hours a week 12 Months Maternity Leave Cover
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to work within Health and Justice Vulnerability service based at various custody suites and on occasions Birmingham Magistrates and Crown Court. The Team Administrator role is a central role within the service, ensuring that comprehensive and confidential support is provided to the Clinical teams based on site. You will answer incoming calls to the team and must present a friendly and approachable manner and possess excellent communication and personal skills.
Responsibilities
- Work using your own initiative
- Flexible and motivated
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
- Collate and monitor data from spreadsheets
- Meet deadlines
- Work under pressure
- Manage time effectively to meet the needs of the teams

Requirements
- NVQ Level II in Business Admin
- Previous experience of working with RiO or other clinical systems
- Previous experience of working as a band 3 administrator within the NHS is advantageous
