For a fixed term full-time referral Team Administrator within our Solar Team based at Bishop Wilson Clinic, Chelmsley Wood to work Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
The SOLAR service
The SOLAR service is a Mental Health Service to support our Children and Young People within the Solihull area and support them to transition on from the service if needed.
As a team administrator
You will be required to support and monitor our referral/administration process, including clinic management. You will have to demonstrate a high standard of communication skills both verbal and written with a professional attitude, along with having good attention to detail on data inputting.
It is essential that applicants can work on their own initiative, demonstrate effective organizational skills, along with able to prioritize their own workload and can process enquiries in a confidential and efficient manner.

To provide a comprehensive range of administrative support
To enable efficient referral coordination to the SOLAR service, along with various administration support for our Looked After Children’s Team to ensure quality standards and targets are always met to deliver excellent patient care. To support with covering our reception, along with supporting and operating within the Team’s systems and act as part of a wider administration team for the SOLAR service.
