We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT professional to join our dynamic and evolving specialist IT service support team. The individual will undertake support duties to provide a Clinical Application Support function for the Trust, working with the Dental Division Service Support Manager to ensure a high quality service is provided.

  • Working on the DTS Service Desk providing 1st line and 2nd line IT support via the telephone and DTS Ticketing system as well as via email, logging all Incidents or Service Requests on to the call management system.
  • The role will be working in the main Birmingham Dental Hospital within standard core hours but will be required to have a flexible approach to working hours when business needs dictate.
