Job Description
Purpose
To ensure the provision of an efficient and effective administration, and clinical appointment & record service for the ICRT. To ensure that there is a solid and a multi-disciplinary service.
Key Responsibilities
- Reliable data entry into RIO computer system.
- Providing support and training to administrative staff using this system.
- To act as first point of contact within BSMHFT and partner agencies.
Support
- To be supportive of Team Manager and Staff in communicating patient information within the department and to other agencies internal to the trust and externally.
Administrative Tasks
- The post holder will be expected to cover a range of administration tasks, which require acting independently within broad guidelines.
- These are administrative, IT skills.
Clinical Support
- In addition, the post holder will manage systems to support clinical treatments.
Comprehensive Service
- To provide a comprehensive administrative service to ICRT.
- Undertakes delegated administrative tasks on behalf of the Team Manager.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day running and control of administrative services of the Team.

Data Management
- The post holder will be expected to interpret and share relevant data across BSMHFT Treatment providers such as probation, court teams, police, PCT’s, both within BSMHFT and partner agencies.
- The role will require high levels of inputting accuracy, interpretation and understanding of data input.
- Will require a degree of analysis of BSMHFT data reports/systems to share information across the programme.
