Role Overview

Join our dynamic team at Healsgood as a Higher Level Pharmacy Technician. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care within our NHS-contracted services. You will work collaboratively with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications.
  • Provide clinical support to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of pharmaceutical services.
  • Participate in medication reviews and patient consultations.
  • Maintain and update patient medication records.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services.

Required Qualifications And Experience

  • Relevant pharmacy technician qualification.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Completion of NHS mandatory training.
  • Proven experience in a pharmacy setting (experience level not specified).
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical practices.
