Band 5 - Registered General Nurse - Basingstoke
Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN) Banding: Band 5 Location: Basingstoke Rate: £17 - £24 per hour
Pulse Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Skills & Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin.
- General nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
