The post holder will be expected to:
- Work multi-disciplinarily
- Support other team members’ roles
- Contribute to the future development of the service
About the Role
As a senior nurse, you will demonstrate:
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to manage change in clinical practice and processes
- Sound clinical and leadership judgement (working independently)
- Regular supervision of junior colleagues’ workload
We are seeking innovative, forward-thinking, flexible professionals with strong leadership qualities.
