Advert – Band 6 Deputy Team Manager

Job Title & Role Area

Band 6 Deputy Team Manager North unplanned team

The post holder will be expected to:

  • Work multi-disciplinarily
  • Support other team members’ roles
  • Contribute to the future development of the service

About the Role

As a senior nurse, you will demonstrate:

  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to manage change in clinical practice and processes
  • Sound clinical and leadership judgement (working independently)
  • Regular supervision of junior colleagues’ workload

We are seeking innovative, forward-thinking, flexible professionals with strong leadership qualities.
