Job Title: Locum Physiotherapist Banding: Band 6 Location: Crewe Working Hours: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 month (Likely to be extended) Rate: £25.76 per hour
Opening Paragraph: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join our team at Alsager Medical Centre, part of the Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive community setting, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients. The role is full-time and initially for one month, with a strong possibility of extension.
Responsibilities: As a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments to a diverse patient population. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Your role will also involve educating patients and their families about treatment plans, promoting health and wellness, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additionally, you will contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a relevant setting
- Experience in community physiotherapy is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
