Rare Opportunity: Physiotherapist in Mental Health

Are you looking for a role that enables you to work holistically?

Join our established team at Fountain Way Hospital, where we appreciate the synergy between physical and mental health.

About the Role

We seek a dedicated registered clinician with:

  • At least 2 years of NHS experience
  • A real interest in working with individuals experiencing serious mental illness (SMI)

This role is dynamic and fulfilling, with no two days the same. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), primarily working on our inpatient wards (adult and older adult), with opportunities to expand into community services over time.

The ideal candidate will inspire, motivate, and encourage individuals suffering from both complex mental and physical health needs.

Physiotherapy in Mental Health is gaining recognition for addressing health disparities faced by those with SMI. This role offers:

  • Interesting and varied work
  • Opportunities for personal and service development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
