About the Role

There is an excellent opportunity to develop both your clinical and leadership skills within the North Hub CMHTs based at Northcroft. We are a well-established and highly functional team, committed to maintaining high standards and delivering quality care to our diverse community.

Responsibilities

As an experienced and skilled clinician, you will provide appropriate and compassionate care, while also offering clinical leadership, support, and supervision to other clinical staff.

  • Provide advice and guidance on the management of complex clinical cases.
  • Work as an integral part of the Community Mental Health Team, which will include undertaking some direct clinical work.
  • Provide clinical leadership to ensure clear protocols are in place and to maintain consistency and quality of care for all service users under the North Hub CMHTs.
  • Support safe, efficient, and high-quality transitions across appropriate care pathways.
  • Ensure the team works collaboratively with multi-agency partners across the Birmingham and Solihull system.
  • Work as part of a team, taking every opportunity to impact both directly and indirectly on the health and wellbeing of all clients on the caseload.
  • Work both under direction and autonomously, as agreed with the team manager, demonstrating safe clinical decision-making and delivering compassionate care.
