Diabetes Specialist Podiatrist – Band 7 (North-West London)

** Overview**

Pulse is seeking an experienced Band 7 Diabetes Specialist Podiatrist to join a hospital team in North-West London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist clinical setting, focusing on patients with complex diabetic foot conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the prevention, assessment, and management of diabetic foot complications, contributing to the multidisciplinary care team.


** Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide specialist podiatry care for patients with diabetes-related foot conditions and those at high risk
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and management of complex lower limb complications
  • Develop and implement individualized care and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes
  • Support prevention strategies and patient education initiatives
  • Maintain high clinical documentation standards and adherence to governance protocols

** Qualifications & Experience**

  • HCPC-registered Podiatrist
  • Experience at Band 7 level or equivalent
  • Strong background in diabetes and high-risk foot management
  • Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
