This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated clinician to lead the Sedgemoor MSK community Physiotherapy Hub as a Band 7 MSK Hub Lead.

This pivotal role combines clinical expertise with strong, demonstrable leadership, providing day-to-day operational management of the service while supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

You will lead, inspire, and develop the physiotherapy team, fostering a positive, open, and learning culture while ensuring effective service delivery within a busy and evolving environment. You will work closely with the wider cMSK leadership team and other Hub Leads across the Trust to ensure consistency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the service.
