Team Leader Opportunity in Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and self-motivated Physiotherapist to become a Team Leader within the Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy service.
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified, dynamic individual who is passionate about providing first-class assessment and treatment to people with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. Evidence of extensive experience of working in an Outpatient Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy environment is essential as well as having an understanding of operational service delivery needs. You should be able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge and evidence of CPD in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and be prepared to contribute to our comprehensive IST programme. Applicants will need to be able to balance an MSK clinical caseload at the same time as dealing with all aspects of day-to-day team management including sickness/annual leave monitoring, activity and performance monitoring and reporting.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
- Current HCPC registration
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line leadership to the MSK staff to include day-to-day HR management, timetabling, performance monitoring
- Be involved in service redesign and support the clinical leads with risk and governance
- Usually timetabled to work out of a maximum of two different clinics over your working week
- Operating hours are from 7am to 8pm in some clinics across the city
- There may be the opportunity for flexible working
