About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual who is passionate about Children’s Mental Health. You will be joining a well-established supportive Leadership team across BNSSG CAMHS services. The post holder will manage the CORE CAMHS team and the integrated co-located Learning Disability team. You will work closely with your colleagues in the CORE CAMHS Service and the Learning Disabilities team across Bristol.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of community services in North Somerset CAMHS team and the North Somerset Learning Disabilities team within a defined local care pathway, which is geographically based.
- Deliver community services within an integrated care pathway model, to an agreed set of aims and objectives which are defined, delivered and monitored through an integrated governance approach.
- Work in close collaboration with a range of partner services to ensure seamless delivery of care across the pathway of services.
