About the Role

We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a visionary and driven People Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This pivotal role places you at the heart of implementing our People Strategy, where you’ll work alongside senior operational managers to shape, influence and align both strategic and operational priorities, making a tangible difference for the Trust and its dedicated staff.

As our People Partner, you will provide expert HR leadership across our services, playing a key role in steering collaboration with stakeholders and championing transformational change. You’ll help create an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring our core values are not just words but lived experiences embedded in everything we do. Responsibilities

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional with a proven track record in delivering impactful operational HR solutions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in shaping and implementing workforce plans at the operational level, combined with a strong ability to lead and influence significant organisational change initiatives. You will provide expert guidance to managers on critical processes such as restructuring and TUPE transfers, ensuring seamless transitions and positive outcomes.

Our ideal applicant will have held a senior HR position, bringing in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law. You will possess the confidence and expertise to support managers through challenging HR matters, tackle inappropriate practices diplomatically, and drive forward innovative, practical solutions that benefit both individuals and the wider organisation.
