Job Title: Locum Physiotherapist Banding: 6 Location: Lincolnshire Start: ASAP Duration: 3months Rate: £26,12 Working hours: Full time, Monday – Friday
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Physiotherapist to join our team in Lincolnshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential physiotherapy care to inpatients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programs, contributing to patient care plans, and supporting the overall healthcare.
What will your responsibilities be:
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, participate in ward rounds, and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines. You will also provide education and support to patients and their families, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain accurate patient.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Recent experience in an inpatient role
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of physiotherapy practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in physiotherapy
