We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Bank team. Our team members are adaptable, friendly, polite, and caring. They enjoy working as a team with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

This role is offered on a Bank (0-hour) contract (no guaranteed hours). Shifts will be allocated based on business needs, allowing you to accept or decline shifts per availability—ideal for flexibility, though not suitable for consistent or full-time commitments.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience in a comparable setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in data entry.
  • Familiarity with IT and software (Microsoft Word/Excel).
  • Aptitude for prioritisation and problem-solving independently.
