Andras Hotels is Northern Ireland’s largest hotel group with nine hotels in Belfast, Coleraine, and Portrush, two apartment complexes, a Café Bar, Health Club, and spa. What is the Job?
At the Safehouse Cafe Bar you will provide unforgettable memories for our cherished guests. Immerse yourself in a sensory wonderland, where every sight, sound, and scent delight the senses. As a valued member of our Safehouse Café Bar Team with passion and expertise, you'll recommend food and drink selections, prepare wonderful food and drinks, have an eye for detail, and commitment to excellence to ensure that our service is always on-track and surpassing standards.

About The Role
Your Day to Day
- Prepare meals into a visual masterpiece and a flavor sensation that delights every taste bud transforming our high standards into unforgettable experiences for our treasured guests.
- Crafting drinks that tantalize the taste buds of our guests.
- Take ownership of your workstation, ensuring it is fully stocked with supplies while keeping waste to a minimum, showcasing your commitment to sustainability.
- Safety is paramount and you will be a vigilant guardian of safety by promptly reporting any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents to your manager, fostering a secure environment for all.
- Embrace our safety procedures and don the necessary protective equipment, creating a safe haven for both guests and team members alike.
- Recognizing the importance of cleanliness and hygiene you will adhere to all cleanliness and hygiene procedures ensuring that the Safehouse Café Bar is always sparkling and our kitchen is cleaned to the highest standard.
- Embrace the spirit of camaraderie as you carry out all tasks including washing up and other kitchen duties whenever needed, showcasing your commitment to a seamless dining journey.
- Go the extra mile by assisting guests with any queries or providing expert advice, ensuring they have a truly exceptional experience that leaves them wanting more.
- Embrace versatility by lending a hand with various other duties as assigned, and work in other departments if need be, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to our shared success.

Required Criteria
- Compliant – as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you will be above the minimum age required (if the position involves serving alcoholic beverages)
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexible working and a genuine willingness to help guests and colleagues.
Desired Criteria
- Experience within the hospitality industry
- Experience within a Food & Beverage/Waiting staff role
- Experience within a customer service role.
