The Role Of a Care Assistant
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with medication administration and recording.
- Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
- Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
- Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care

About You
You don’t need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.
- Previous experience needed – full training provided
- Compassionate, patient and great with people
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
- As this is a Bank Care Assistant role you must have the flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts as and when required
