Guardian Angel Carers have proudly served our community with compassion, trust, and dignity for 15 years. With exciting plans for continued growth, we are looking for caring, thoughtful, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our exceptional team of Healthcare Professionals on a Bank basis, supporting during peak seasonal times.
We have 3 offices across West Sussex (Chichester, Fareham & Worthing) and are looking for Bank staff across the board.
Please note a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car is essential.
Pay Rates:
- £16.00ph (Monday to Friday)
- £17.25ph (Weekends)
- 45p per business mile
Hours: Bank

What you will need to be a successful Care Assistant:
- A cheerful presence and a warm smile
- The ability to brighten someone’s day
- A sense of humour
- Be great at making a decent cup of tea
- Have a full Driving Licence and have access to your own car
