# The Role: Core Responsibilities
- Personal care, including assisting with washing, dressing, and toilet needs
- Supporting residents with meals (eating/drinking assistance)
- Maintaining and updating daily care plans for high-quality, individualised support
- Assisting residents with mobility and movement
