  • Minimum 12 months on your right to work in the UK
  • At least two years’ experience in a social care environment
  • Qualification at least QCF Level 2
  • Flexible availability—ready to work days, nights, and weekends as needed (bank position)

A Day in the Life

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Companionship: Provide emotional support, communication, and engagement with residents.
  • Personal Care: Help with washing, bathing, dressing, and oral care.
  • Mobility Support: Ensure residents maintain independence.
  • Social Activities: Plan and coordinate trips, events, and activities with colleagues.
  • Medication Management: Support and oversee medication administration with accurate documentation.
  • Document Handling: Maintain up-to-date records for care services.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside Health & Social Care professionals for seamless care.
  • Supervisory Role: Manage care/senior care assistants. Cover responsibilities in the absence of the Deputy/Registered Manager.
