Bank Community Support Worker – Community Healthcare Experience Role

About the Role
As a Bank Community Support Worker, you’ll work flexibly across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire as part of our Integrated Network Teams (INTs). You’ll support service users in their homes, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams composed of nurses, therapists, paramedics, and support workers.
Our teams emphasise a holistic, person-centred approach to care, ensuring service users remain safe, independent, and well in their local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support service users with personal care and daily living activities in community settings
- Assist registered professionals with delegated clinical and therapeutic tasks
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Contribute to holistic care and rehabilitation planning
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for service users and carers
- Report changes or concerns to senior staff
- Develop your skills through paid training, supervision, and in-team support
