About the Role
Shaw healthcare is seeking a Bank Domestic Assistant to join the team at Sycamore Lodge. You will work alongside a team fully committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those they care for. Our mission is to deliver highest standard care to our service users—ensuring the same level of care we would strive for in our own families. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise rooms (including furnishings) in designated work areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness across service areas, ensuring minimal disruption to our service users
- Engage effectively with service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Show self-reliance by working without direct supervision
- Correctly use a variety of cleaning products, including those regulated under COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
- Work independently to maintain high hygiene standards across the whole residence

No prior experience or qualifications are required—we’re happy to provide all the training to help you flourish.
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Working Hours: Bank 0-hour contract with shift timings of 07:30–15:30.
