The Role: Bank Domestic Assistant
We’re seeking a Bank Domestic Assistant to join the team at Trenewydd, a home with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional, resident-focused care. This position is part of our nursing, dementia, and residential support team, where your contribution directly improves the daily lives of our service users.
Main Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise rooms, furnishings, and assigned work areas, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness without disrupting service users or their care.
- Communicate effective empathy with service users, their families, and colleagues to maintain positive working relationships.
- Work independently while adhering to hydgeine protocols and using cleaning products, including COSHH-regulated substances.
- Use your initiative to uphold high-level hygiene standards across the home.
