Are you a confident van driver with a full UK driving licence? Looking for a flexible role where your skills can support your local community and help a great cause? At Rowcroft, we believe in making every day the best day possible for our patients and those closest to them, and our Retail Team play a vital role in generating income to make that vision a reality.
We now have an opportunity for a Logistics Assistant to join our friendly Retail Team as our business continues to grow and expand. This is a role that requires energy, teamwork and a positive attitude to deliver a first-class delivery/collection service to our shops and customers, as well as supporting our exciting new house clearance service with care and professionalism.
What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Full UK driving licence and experience driving vans
- Good communication skills with a professional approach that builds positive working relationships across the team
- Willingness and ability to undertake manual handling tasks, as this is a physically active role – full training will be provided
- Ability to complete paperwork to ensure full compliance with current transport legislation and internal procedures, i.e. conducting and completion of daily logistics audits
