Salary: £14.98 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience) Location: Highbury, London

The Role: Fostering Joy, Growth, and Teamwork
As part of our Bright Flex / Bank educator team, you’ll shape the day-to-day experiences of the next generation whilst benefiting from:

Key Responsibilities
You’ll inspire through:
- Engaging young learners in fun, purposeful activities—touching every milestone in their early development.
- Collaborating as part of a dedicated early years team to deliver safe, supporting environments.
- Ensuring aspects like meal planning, room prep, and routine management are seamless—so the focus remains on love, play, and learning!
What You Bring to Us
Essential Qualifications
- A Fully qualified level 3 or above in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Valid DBS check (Enhanced) (essential for the sector)
Experience
- Grown a love for play, discovery, and teamwork as someone who’s:
- A Nursery Practitioner, Childminder, Nanny, or Early Years Educator—or adept at other childcare roles.
- Worked in hair and beauty, homework therapy or child supporter capacity (we see strengths across sectors!)
Mindset
- A passion for turning learning into joy—because young minds shine when their needs are met with warmth and inspiration.
- Clear communication—with little hands and big ears—not to mention families and colleagues.
- A steward heart for safeguarding and child protection, guided by our deeper commitment to keeping everyone safe.
