The Bank HCA/RGN role at UME Health is an ad hoc, on-site position based in London. The role involves supporting the delivery of outpatient and diagnostic services, including preparing patients for consultations and procedures, taking observations, and assisting with clinical tasks under appropriate supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of consultation and treatment rooms
- Supporting infection prevention and control standards
- Collaborating closely with consultants, nurses, and administrative staff to provide safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care
- Responding to patient queries
- Promoting a positive patient experience
- Adhering to UME Health’s clinical and governance policies

Skills & Qualifications
Training can be given to the right candidate, however some skills are required. Skills/tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Phlebotomy (required)
- ECG (required)
- Application of holter and automatic blood pressure monitors
- Wound care including removal of sutures/staples
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Clinic set up and stock maintenance
- Vital signs monitoring
- Spirometry & eye pressure
