Bank Health Care Assistant

Bank Healthcare Assistant – Theatre Department

The Role

We are eagerly seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our Theatre department at Park Hill Hospital, where you will be a valued member of a team committed to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to delivering a high standard of care in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
  • Show passion, professionalism, and a strong work ethic with an eagerness to develop your skills.
  • Prioritise attention to detail, stay calm under pressure, and handle challenging situations with practicality and composure.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous healthcare experience in a Theatre environment
  • Strong ability to learn and develop through relevant training and experience
  • A caring and conscientious approach with proven customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams as well as independently when needed
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of the healthcare sector
  • Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and administrative tasks
  • Ideally, NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Healthcare or a related field
