Bank Health Care Assistant
Bank Healthcare Assistant – Theatre Department
The Role
We are eagerly seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our Theatre department at Park Hill Hospital, where you will be a valued member of a team committed to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to delivering a high standard of care in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Show passion, professionalism, and a strong work ethic with an eagerness to develop your skills.
- Prioritise attention to detail, stay calm under pressure, and handle challenging situations with practicality and composure.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous healthcare experience in a Theatre environment
- Strong ability to learn and develop through relevant training and experience
- A caring and conscientious approach with proven customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams as well as independently when needed
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of the healthcare sector
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and administrative tasks
- Ideally, NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Healthcare or a related field
