What You Will Be Doing
You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with Mental Health conditions, using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.
Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

Where You Will Be Working
Location: Llantilio Pertholey, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales, NP7 6NY
You will be working at Ty Gwyn Hall, a rehabilitation and treatment service for individuals who have been diagnosed with a range of mental health conditions.
The Hospital is located in Abergavenny, South Wales and is within easy reach of the M4, M5 and national rail networks. The service supports referrals from across the country and our experienced multi-disciplinary team has an excellent record in delivering positive outcomes to service users with a wide range of mental health diagnosis.
