We are currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated, caring, and compassionate Bank Healthcare Assistants to join our Temporary Staffing Service which covers a large geographical area. This encapsulates Physical Health wards, District nursing, Acute Inpatient, Forensic, Outpatients, Community, and Clinic work in a huge variety of disciplines.
Working within the trusts clinical environments will give you the opportunity to practice a full range of core skills and to gain experience in particular areas of interest. We are keen to support and develop you and encourage promotional opportunities within the service and the wider Trust, which includes development such as the Care Certificate.

Role Summary
Led by the TSS team and supported by the Clinical Nurse Lead, you will be required to deliver a high standard of care to our patients across all areas of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and care for service users with mental and physical health needs and to their carers within a multidisciplinary setting.
- Undertake assigned tasks under the general supervision of a registered nurse, including assisting in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Be trained to ensure that issues of equality, diversity, and rights are dealt with in accordance with good practice and legislation.
