Spire Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join their dynamic ward team for night shifts, supporting Registered Nurses.
We manage a 33-bedded Surgical Ward across specialties including:
- Orthopaedics
- Bariatrics
- General Surgery
- Vascular
- Plastics
- Gynaecology (Gynae)
- Ophthalmology
- Spinal
- Urology
- ENT
Our facility also includes 3 operating theatres (2 laminar flow) and an endoscopy unit.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing carative support to patients alongside qualified nursing teams
- Assisting with observations, ECG monitoring, Phlebotomy procedures
- Supporting manual handling tasks in line with healthcare protocols

Who We’re Looking For
You will need:
- Prior hospital experience
- Phlebotomy training, preferred
- NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care experience (ideal)
- A caring approach with strong customer service abilities
