About the Role
Spire Murrayfield is seeking a flexible Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their Staffing Bank on hospital wards. This ad-hoc role requires candidates comfortable with varied shift patterns.
Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
- Support Clinical and Nursing teams in delivering high-standard patient care
- Perform core healthcare duties, including routine care tasks to optimise patient well-being
- After training, move, set up, and operate diagnostic equipment and monitoring technology
Requirements
- Essential:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Prior HCA experience in a hospital or surgical ward setting
- Nice to have:
- Proficiency with MS Office and/or SAP
