Band 4 Support Analyst – ICE Programme
We’re recruiting a System Support Analyst to provide hands on support for the implementation of the ICE order communications system across Kent & Medway.
You’ll assist with system configuration tasks, update templates and catalogues, run basic testing, and help resolve setup issues during deployment. This role focuses solely on implementation activity and go live support, working under the direction of senior technical staff to ensure a smooth and consistent rollout.

With a dedicated and diverse team of over 7,000 staff we provide specialist cancer services to over two million people through the Kent Oncology Centre.
We operate from three main clinical sites: Maidstone Hospital, Tunbridge Wells Hospital and Fordcombe Hospital, and provide outpatient clinics across Kent and East Sussex.
