Job Description: Nurse.pdf

Willow Court is our dedicated nursing home, located on the main site in Mirfield. With nineteen en-suite bedrooms in total, Willow Court is our largest home able to support a wide range of specialist health needs. Split into three 'bungalows', there are three communal lounges, as well as an interactive music room, a media room and a beauty room for a bit of pampering.

We are looking for compassionate, confident and skilled Bank Nurses to join our clinical team supporting our adults with complex disabilities. You will work alongside a dedicated team of support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

We are recruiting bank nurses who can cover day shifts, night shifts, or a combination of both, depending on availability and service need.

  • A caring, patient, and respectful approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, following guidance from management and clinical leaders, while providing leadership, support and direction to support workers to ensure high standards of care.
  • Willingness to learn and undertake relevant training
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
