Pay
£12.71 - £12.71 per Hour based on experience. Plus an additional 13.54% accrued holiday pay entitlement.
Hours
Flexible zero hours contract. Whether you’re looking for occasional shifts or more regular work, opportunities are available Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm depending on nursery needs.

Where You'll Be Working
Harpole Day Nursery is a nurturing haven within the small Northamptonshire village, providing exceptional childcare in a warm, home-from-home environment. With a capacity for up to 34 children daily, our smaller size ensures personalised attention and tailored learning experiences. At Harpole, we pride ourselves on our close-knit community, where every child is cherished and supported by our dedicated team. Harpole Day Nursery is conveniently located in Harpole village, near junction 16 on the M1. Ample parking is available onsite.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Bank Nursery Team, you’ll support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed - whether that’s covering holidays, supporting during busy periods, or helping provide consistency for children when teams need extra support.
No two days are ever quite the same - and that’s part of the joy.
One moment you could be building dens outdoors and the next you’ll be helping bring story time to life.
You’ll support children through play, creativity, curiosity, and connection while helping create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel happy, valued, and confident to explore.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential
We’re looking for people with big hearts, curious minds, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development.
