About the Role
As a Bank Orthopaedic/Rehabilitation Physiotherapist at Bupa, you will work in a client-centred, evidence-based role covering:
- Post-operative orthopaedic inpatients & equipment fitting for consultant clinics
- Neurological (neuro) rehabilitation
- Adult (and occasionally older paediatric) orthopaedic patients with complex or varied needs

What You’ll Do
- Provide specialist assessment and treatment to a diverse orthopaedic patient population
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using professional judgement and clinical reasoning
- Obtain informed consent and educate patients/carers on ongoing management
- Participate in safe discharge planning, coordinating with external agencies
- Fit standard orthopaedic braces, boots, and slings promptly to align with clinical requests
- Offer information, education, and support tailored to clients’ needs
What You’ll Bring
- Full .degree or diploma in Physiotherapy
- Valid HCPC registration
- Proven expertise in treating orthopaedic conditions with confidence
- Experience in fitting orthopaedic/MSK equipment (e.g., braces, supports)
- Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of specialist equipment relevant to your field
