Location: Cromwell Hospital, 1A Lexham Gardens, W8 5JJ Salary: Competitive
About the Role
This bank shifts role covers post-operative orthopaedic inpatients, neuro rehabilitation, and orthopaedic equipment fitting to consultant clinics at Bupa.
As an Orthopaedic Physiotherapist, you will provide a client-centred and evidence-based service to adult (and occasionally older paediatric) patients. Your key focus will be managing patients with complex and varied orthopaedic needs through assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.

What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for:
- Providing accountable physiotherapy management of assigned patient loads, applying reflective practice and clinical reasoning.
- Conducting specialist assessments to design individualised treatment programmes tailored to each patient.
- Obtaining informed consent and actively involving patients in their own care plan.
- Supporting discharge planning through collaboration with external agencies to ensure safe and supportive transitions.
- Responding promptly to clinic requests for orthopaedic braces, boots, and slings.
- Delivering information, education, and support to patients and carers to promote ongoing management and independence.

What You’ll Bring
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Physiotherapist with:
- A degree or diploma in Physiotherapy qualified and registered with the HCPC.
- Proven experience, competence, and confidence in managing orthopaedic conditions.
- Knowledge and experience in fitting orthopaedic/MSK braces and equipment.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills in treating neuro rehabilitation patients.
- A client-centred approach to deliver person-centred care.
