About the Role
Your role primarily focuses on:
- Providing a high-standard nursing care for infants, children, and young people in a family-centred environment
- Adhering to ward philosophy and aligning care with national and trust guidelines
- Supporting junior colleagues, students, clinical sisters/charge nurses, and department management
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient healthcare delivery
- Assuming charge of any nursing shift as required
