An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bank Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to join Cygnet Group!
Working within Cygnet Private Health services, this role provides executive support to the Divisional Medical Director, as well as the administration and coordination of the private outpatient service.
This is a home-based position, offering up to 40 hours per week for a period of up to two months.

Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
Executive Support to the DMD, Cygnet Private Health
- Provide proactive executive support, including diary, calendar and email management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, documentation and follow-up actions for key meetings.

Departmental Administration
- Produce presentations, reports and governance submissions for senior stakeholders and committees.
- Take meeting minutes and maintain action logs and risk registers.
- Coordinate payroll administration and support workforce processes.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of corporate events and activities.
Private Outpatient Clinic Administration
- Coordinate the private outpatient referral process from enquiry through to appointment booking.
- Liaise with patients, GPs and consultants to obtain required information and arrange appointments.
- Coordinate insurance authorisations, payment arrangements and invoicing requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and correspondence in line with confidentiality and governance standards.
- Deliver a professional, patient-focused service and escalate issues where appropriate.
