About the Role
This position is perfect for a skilled and motivated individual eager to broaden their experience across diverse and rewarding caseloads. As a Bank Physiotherapist, your core purpose will be delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, assisting patients through every stage of rehabilitation and recovery. Working across an orthopaedic inpatient setting, you'll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, contributing your expertise to empower patient independence and optimal outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and advice in an inpatient setting.
- Manage a clinical caseload, primarily focusing on orthopaedic patients, as part of the wider physiotherapy team.
- Effectively communicate patient progress to referrers and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Develop safe, patient-centred treatment plans using clinical reasoning, tailored to individual needs, risks, and well-being.

Requirements
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, including inpatient exposure (e.g., acute rotations, orthopaedic, medical, or surgical fields).
- Experience in handling an independent clinical caseload with confidence.
- A flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to demands across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
