Sanctuary Care Nurses
Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code Demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge and competence using research-based practice Have excellent communication and record keeping skills Show a commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning Manage holistic care and emergency situations Lead a team of care professionals with kindness and compassion Work collaboratively with internal and external teams Support learning and development of clinical colleagues and student nurses Value and respect older people and their individual needs
