Bank Staff Nurse | Outpatients | Wrexham | Competitive Hourly Rate | Flexible working

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Staff Nurse to join our Temporary Staffing Bank. This role will support our Nursing teams located in our Outpatients department based at Spire Yale Hospital based in Wrexham.

The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient’s needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect, collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.

You will provide exemplary planned care for patients, whilst assisting Consultants during patient examinations and any minor surgical procedures.

Who we're looking for:

  • Registered with the NMC with no restrictions on your pin
  • Wound care, Dressings and Phlebotomy experience is essential
  • High standards of clinical competence
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
