Staff Nurse - Surgical Ward

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse for our Staffing Bank based on the wards at Spire Norwich Hospital. This role would suit candidates who are looking for a work/life balance and are very flexible.

Duties and Responsibilities
- You will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals’ health and wellbeing needs.
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
- Promote best practice in health and safety and security.

Who We're Looking For
- You will be a Registered Nurse.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Experience of working in an acute environment.
- Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration.
- A surgical background is essential and to be competent in dealing with post-op patients.
- Candidates with orthopaedic ward experience are strongly preferred.
Working Hours
We operate a 24/7 ward and offer both days and night shifts.
