About the Role
Hours: Ad-hoc as required Hourly Rate: £12.80 per hour
Choice Care is offering flexible Bank Social Care Worker roles. Whether you are new to the industry or have experience in social care, we welcome your application. Training will be provided upon starting with us.
You'll work alongside our permanent team, making a meaningful impact on people’s lives through:
- Daily activities
- Trips and outings
- Ensuring safe, happy, and fulfilling lives for those we support
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including:
- Bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with feeding
- Medication administration
- Supporting residents in their daily activities, hobbies, and outings
- Following care plan guidance and Company policies and procedures
- Building open, honest, and considerate working relationships with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Completing required ongoing training
