Qualifications & Experience
Over half? (Preferred for Qualified Practitioners)
Bullet requirements—patched with bold emphasis:
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (preferred)
- Knowledge of safeguarding, regulations, and legislation relevant to childcare

Key Duties
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
- Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities that are stimulating and engaging
- Maintain a safe & nurturing learning environment for children
