Qualifications & Experience

Over half? (Preferred for Qualified Practitioners)

Bullet requirements—patched with bold emphasis:

  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, regulations, and legislation relevant to childcare

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
  • Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities that are stimulating and engaging
  • Maintain a safe & nurturing learning environment for children
