Join Our Team of Bank Staff!
We are currently building a pool of bank staff and would love to hear from you! If you’re available to work ad hoc hours and cover shifts as and when needed, this could be a great opportunity for you. This is an opportunity to be part of a team committed to supporting mental health and helping others in a meaningful way.
We’re looking for individuals with a background in care or residential settings, who have an understanding of mental health.
Roles Available
Intensive Recovery Worker
- Salary: £12.98 per hour
- Shifts: 8:00AM – 4:00PM / 3:30PM – 11:00PM
Waking Nights Recovery Worker
- Night Shift: 22:30PM – 08:30AM
- Salary:
- £12.85 per hour for (22:30PM – 23:00PM and 07:00AM – 08:30AM)
- £15.42 per hour for 8 hours of unsocial hours (23:00PM – 07:00AM)

What is a SSRH?
Short Stay Recovery House
A short-term residential recovery programme for people experiencing complex and enduring challenges to their mental health. Providing immediate, community-based crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in a supportive environment.

The houses aim to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative alternative to acute mental health hospital admission for people with issues that may affect their mental health.
The short stay recovery house will support and provide interventions in the least restrictive environment consistent with people’s health and social care, and safety needs. Equity of access to an alternative to admission for people is ensured.
